Manila, Luzon Aug 15, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - Esteemed author Robert McGuiness is delighted to announce his participation in the upcoming Manila International Book Fair which will be held at the SMX Convention Center this September 11-15, 2024.
Robert McGuiness is one of Bookmarc Alliances featured authors for the 2024 Manila International Book Fairtwo of his books are to be displayed at the exhibit. Both titles are an attestation of Roberts expertise in writing and storytelling. One of the books to be displayed is titled Dropped Calls, a poignant narrative about a quest for a life lived more simply.
Robert McGuiness himself enjoyed living a self-sufficient life closer to nature, thus this book is dear to his heart and he hopes to resonate with a wider audience through this book. Currently, Robert is involved in an Oak Restoration project, an associate of the Josephine Porter Institute for Applied Biodynamics, and a member of the North American Lily Society. If he is not busy, he spends his time studying, writing, and enjoying music.
Robert McGuiness was born in Bayshore, New York. He attended school in Smithtown and graduated from Smithtown High School in 1972. He made his way to the West Coast in 1976 and has made Northern California his home ever since. He enjoyed being a Back to the Lander and lived remotely, off-grid. He has two children, Jewel and Bob, and a dog named Marbles.
